Rude awakening at check-in

The hotel’s cleanliness and spaciousness were truly commendable, making our family feel at home amidst the chaos of travel.

However, the front desk experience was disheartening. The receptionist’s rudeness while checking us in left a sour taste for our entire stay.

Just a fine choice for a weekend outing in West Valley City with very good value for money. The hotel is clean and well maintained with a great bar that was a nice perk. Make sure to check out the local restaurants nearby.

We had such a fun time celebrating my son’s wedding here, and the hotel staff really made it special by leaving rose petals and candy in the newlyweds' room while we were out. I loved relaxing at the indoor pool and unwinding in the jacuzzi after all the festivities. The only bummer was that the breakfast selection could've been a bit better, but we had an overall amazing stay! 😊

That staff was very nice! They really went above and beyond when they left rose petals and candy for my son and daughter-in-law in their room when we stepped out for a bit. Also the breakfast buffet was just amazing, I mean they had anything you could think of, really felt like royalty!

the embassy suites had a comfortable king suite. the staff was fantastic, and the restaurant recommendation for dinner was spot on. breakfast was delicious too! it's close to the airport yet peaceful enough. enjoyed taking a dip in the indoor saltwater pool.
